SODIUM SOLID-STATE BATTERIES
Conventional rechargeable batteries are costly and are experiencing a strained supply chain due to the reliance on scarce, lithium-based raw materials.
UNIGRID overcomes these challenges by adopting sodium chemistries that are free of rare elements. Using a dense Na-alloy and a non-flammable electrolyte, high energy density and improved safety are achieved.
